Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I am currently staying here for work. Without a doubt I can say that not only are the staff and management friendly but, they are working hard to get the restaurant going as well as upgrades to the hotel. I would say that my stay thus far has been comfortable and everything has been clean and well taken care of. I will be here for awhile yet but thus far... Excellent Decision. Great Job Riverside Staff and Management!!

Although upgrades are needed, during our week long stay we can say they are constantly working at them. With that said, if people don’t come here to stay, it would stunt their growth. I would 10000000% recommend staying here. It’s close to everything you could ever need, I can’t wait until the restaurant inside opens up.
The staff is so nice and friendly, the rooms are nice and the thing I was most impressed with is THE GORGEOUS POOL AREA!!! We brought our drinks out there and played card games all night. It’s so spacious, updated and has a nice lounge type feel to it. If I were you, I wouldn’t pass on staying at the Riverside Hotel!!!

After a long and exhausting day my friend and her dad and I finally found a hotel where when I called to ask if they had any rooms available Numan said they had rooms available and when we got to the hotel we were greeted by Numan and treated with respect. Great job..... I would highly recommend Riverside hotel and conference center to anyone going to Casper.

“This hotel was literally amazing, we found so much to do throughout the hotel. First of all they had a massive atrium that I bet you could fit all of the other hotels in town in, then they had the Whiskey Butter restaurant — that food was life changing. And the rooms were super nice and cozy.”

“Pleasantly surprised with this place! Nice building with a great outdoor area with cornhole and seating, pool was warm, also has a 24 hour arcade, nice bar/restaurant, and overall clean place.”

“Great price, great service, excellent amenities and location!”

“Definitely will consider this place for family gatherings in the future!!”

“I’m giving 5 stars to show them grace as they are in the middle of a full property remodel without closing completely down — keeping the hotel open for guests during construction is a challenge.”
